2004-02-19 - 11:19 p.m. WHAT APRIL! NO WAY well I guess I did get bored with this but oh well I guess since everyone is doing it I will do it.. So today I had a frightening day. Last week at work I hurt my left leg somehow. I think I like pinched a nerve or something, I don't know. But today 10 days later I couldn't bare the pain anymore. So I called my doctor to see if I could make a appointment to get it checked out. I went in and my blood pressure was 144 over 100 , my blood pressure has been high lately but my doctor said this is really high. I told her that I was a bit concerned about blood clots and she agreed. So she told me to go off birth control UGH and she sent me to the hospital right away to get a DOPPLER DONE!!! I thought what the hell are you trying to figure out the weather.. HA!! no really I guess it's some sort of Ultra sound. So the nurse comes in and tells me that I should head over to the hospital now and I have tears running down my face and she looks at me and she says "ARE YOU OKAY" I said I am just really nervous. She said it will be okay YOU WILL BE FINE!!! geek that doesn't help I want my mommy...... So I head over to the hospital and I have to wait 2 hours for my Ultra sound. Good thing I brought my Jane magazine with me.. I am sitting there and I said to myself oh great I bet I will get a guy and I know I have to take off my pants cause where it is on my leg my pant legs don't go that high... So I heard my mom's voice in my head MAKE SURE YOU ALWAYS WEAR CLEAN UNDERWEAR incase you get in a accident. GOOD THING I ALWAYS WEAR clean Under roos..... So the guy comes out and calls my name takes me to the room and starts to explain the procedure. He says that there is a vein that runs from your inner thigh area all the way down to your ankle.. So I was like FREAKIN GREAT! Here we go ----- so he puts that jelly stuff on that is warm oooo it felt all funny. then he takes the little camera thing and puts it like right between my legs not like in the middle but off to the side but damn it still tickled.. I wanted to laugh but then it started to HURT FUCK he all had to push down really hard I was like OKAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!! but it took about 20 mins and he kept tickling me.. So I asked him how will I know if I have a blood clot will you be able to tell me? He said well when we get done if i tell you that you can't leave then you know that you have a clot.. So when we got done he said ALL CLEAR no clots.. But that still doesn't explain the pain in my leg. So he said that my doctor will get the results tonight and she will call me tomorrow to tell me them.. So I got home oh oh on top of all that I had to fast tonight cause tomorrow morning I have to go in at 9am to get blood drawn to try to figure out about my damn hiccups.. So I got home Dave's mom heated up this rice pack thing for me and I have had that on all night and dave the sweetie that he is put in XX/XY for me that he bought me like 2 months ago.. He knows about my secret crush on Mark!! (ruffalo) that is..!! So I just got on the computer to check my mail and I saw that everyone is doing this so I guess I will continue with mine.. I will try to keep up with it.. Hopefully I can. ON a happier note my birthday is in 2 days. 29 Damn I am old... At work they took me out to lunch yesterday and today my boss made me a cake and brought it in and put candles on it but no lighter or matches so they made me pretend to blow out the candles that was funny!! But today has been a rough day so I am thinking it's sleepy time. MISS YOU GUYS!!!! whom ever is reading this
